I'm voting on sendec on that one.

This is true - though I would say Acxa has a certain sense of honor about her, perhaps even an attraction to Keith.

Holy freaking Atlas. That is all I'll say. What an insane season! Season 8 will be wrapping it up.

Series end. Mixed feelings on it. The end plot could have been better. Had some good action and humor, but did not end as strong as it began.
Hagar's premise at the end was odd to me. She didn't do much at all to appreciate Lotor even after Zarcon's end. His absence in the final season wasn't really explained at all. He was there, but a non character. You did feel sorry for him in the end - born to loveless parents and worse being looked down upon as impure. Her entire premise was undoing past regrets at the cost of the universe.
The super Voltron Atlas combo was also odd. Frankly Gurren-Lagann did it better.
Finally on Shiro - his personal storyline really didn't add anything meaningful to the story. It just felt like in the end was a gratuitous effort to shove it in our face. To what end? I'm not anti, but it just felt forced in a context where it didn't add anything.

We started it tonight but only made it through I think episode 3. This will be a while before I get through them all.

We just finished it finally. I pretty much share your opinion. It felt highly rushed yet drawn out at the same time. Not a huge fan of this last season unfortunately. It had some good parts but ultimately didn't finish as strong as it should have.

The teams made a cameo and Pidge's android, Chip, are references to it.
We'll see but that season lessoned my appetite. The writing just wasn't there.
Wondering if you have seen Gurren-Lagann? It's a bit campy, but I love that show in all the silliness and boundless positivity. Funny thing is one event in the show kinda coincided with a bad memory and finally helped me put it to bed.
