Got a couple Razr M XT907s I'm trying to root.
Locked bootloaders.
I wonder if towelroot and mod strings may work.

Anything we still have for the xt907 is in this area:
Some of the links are dead due to the age of the phone, but a google search for file names can usually turn up a working url. Make sure of the version of android you are running the newer the build the harder it will be to find a way to unlock the bootloader, You may want look at the sunshine method of unlocking:
It costs 25 dollars per device but has shown to work on the 907
