If your on gummy you're good to go. All ICS ROMs are for 6.12.17x only.

Just make sure to fully wipe.
Data, cache, dalvik, then mount and format system.

So, if I wanted to flash this ROM and keep my stock setup in a nandroid so I could use my camera, would it be possible just to toggle safe mode on/off to switch between the ROMs? I've seen people mention this and I've looked at SafeStrap threads but they're never too specific as far as switching goes.

When you disable safe mode, it restores your old ROM. so when you turn safe mode-on, you can flash a new rom. then if you turn safe mode-off, your phone is restored to previous rom. then you can turn it back on and flash a new rom.
So no. you cant toggle the roms... you would have to flash this ROM every time you switch.
But there is a newer version of [R] ICS rom. which only the front facing camera doesnt work.

When you toggle safe mode in Safestrap it swaps ROMs allowing a "dual boot". I have both the stock ROM and ICS on my RAZR, so I can use the camcorder, etc...

Yes but you hv to remember. After you switch between rooms. You loss a lot! On this from. My camera and FFCamera all work fine. I still do hv my stock on but once you take off safe mode its like installing a WHOLE new system.

So its not like having a razr with a custom rom in your left pocket. And then taking out a razr with stock and taking a quick picture.

If I wanted to flash this, what system version do I need to be on? (Would it work from 6.12.181)? Also, can I downgrade or will I be stuck like with the stock ICS leak?
