Great as always nitro, it is eclipse as usual! I found a bug with supersu making apps think there is no root access... Deleted it and all is well.
greek, what did you delete - the allegedly offending app which seemed like it didn't have root, or the superuser app from this version of Eclipse? If so, don't you need some form of super user app to maintain root?
Please clarify.

I deleted the SuperSu app and the issue was with titanium backup not detecting root. I did download superuser after but Tibu worked fine right after I deleted SuperSu. Just not getting any prompts now, everything is accepted which is actually better for me lol.greek, what did you delete - the allegedly offending app which seemed like it didn't have root, or the superuser app from this version of Eclipse? btw, I've found that going into whichever SU app & removed the 'offending' app fm the SU app's list thereby making it forget said app & then trying again to run said app helped - I'm guessing that it is b/c this prompts the system to ask for root rights again,
I also heard of going into Managing Apps & clearing cache & rebooting, but I can't remember for sure on that last tip…
