I've actually had this on every jb ROM I've tried.

Yeah I've also had this problem on all the JB roms. If you open Build.prop and find the line

mot.proximity.delay =450

Change 450 to 25, save and reboot

I still get it every once in a while but it's definitely a lot better.

May I ask with what app did you edit the build.prop file? Thanks
Edit: Regular text editor. Correct? I just edited the mot.proximity.delay line with the text editor.

I just used my root browser text editor. Saved, then rebooted...

Wow. Funny how sometimes you can not realize something is a bothersome problem until someone else voices it. Then you think "Hey... Yeah!" lol just did you tip and what a great improvement. Thanks!

Not entirely.. they can unbrick as long as they have enough battery power or a factory-cable using the

Windows utility.

Matt - don't know if this makes sense...but, got myself out of a tough spot the other day doing the following..I deleted the stock slot OS by accident..

I ran your 1.82 utility on my Macbook while in fastboot mode..it stopped and I disconnected and restarted it a few times until it went pretty much all the way through..that got me to the screen with the exclamation point droid..went into stock recovery and it then allowed me to flash the JB leak successfully.did wipes and all that, reinstalled safestrap and was fine from then on out..odd, but it worked.

thanks for all you do.

now, to flash Batakang or not is the question? haha...ran arctic for ICS prior to JB leak and it was awesome!

Anyone notice when you hook up the phone to the charger, the battery % counts up to 100 then drops to where the charge is at? I just notice that. I hope its supposed to do that.

I think we are all assuming it's supposed to do that. I'm still getting used to it. Not my favorite animation but still the best rom out there.

If you were to flash it to stock and then screw up the phone in any way then you'd be (to put it lightly)...f%$ked. We have no way to fastboot it at the moment.

we can flash backup to back~~~ LoL~~~

Yeah in SystemUI the stat_sys_battery_charge (i think thats the xml) was set up for the pngs that has an animation like progress bar.

If its okay with Matt, I have a SystemUI I could post that doesn't have the animation.

Agreed. Rom is legit - not a fan of the animation, though.

With a name like that - I'm not shocked.
