Everything. Wipe system, data, cache and dalvik-cache. Otherwise you may have unreliable results. If you don't wipe fully, don't post your issues.

I've never wiped anything doing new release flashes and all has been fine. Just FYI, HDMI and HDMI Sound should be added to the not working list.

Has anyone else experienced issues with USB storage showing up on their comp? I swear it was working yesterday (2-14 build).

Hey all, haven't seen any replies to this and haven't found any posts on other sites. I had visual voicemail app on my gnex running ics and installed the apk on ic3razr but no luck. Any other 3rd party solutions that work? vzw is my carrier.

First of all, I am in love with this rom. Thank you very much to all who worked to create it.
I have a bug problem though.

Video, period, does not appear to work in this rom. The default built in video decoder cannot play videos at all, so Netflix doesn't work, Youtube doesn't work, and I can't view any videos on my phone via the gallery app, which just displays a message saying the video can't be played. Moboplayer has always been my best friend since I have been using android devices, and it plays videos on my phone using soft decoding, however the videos lag so much they are not really viewable. Is this a known issue or is it just my phone, and if it is a known issue, will it ever be fixed?

That's a known issue with the ICS ROMs. Has to do with hwa if i remember right. And its being worked on, just be patient. These guys are amazing. They'll get her all sorted out.

Before I actually put this rom on my phone, I would look at this forum post every now and then and notice how fast they fix these problems, so I knew if the bug is known, it would be worked on quickly.
Also, what exactly does "hwa" stands for or mean?

Hi all im really new to all this rooting stuff but so far im doing pretty good my only problem is when i go to flash the google apps it always says updating then it aborts everytime, so i currently can not enjoy any ice creamy goodness plz somebody help a noob out i cant keep being jealous of the nexus

Can someone help, USB mass storage does not appear to work. I plugged it into my computer, pressed the turn on mass storage button when the screen showed up, but nothing happens on my computer, no additional drive shows up.

USB Mass Storage is among the few things that aren't working.
