One issue I found is setup(blur account setup) will run from restart until you go in and kill it yourself, could save more battery maybe, I also have the new v3 HD tweaks on made by vtwin

One thing would be to change the settings icons inside to more stock themes (How Batakang is), but easily the best ROM for me so far.

I noticed this too... I just need to find out whatever is running that and remove it. Not exactly sure yet.

I may add this in a future update. I don't think it would be that hard to do.

just curious about the messaging app. is it the 4.2 app (as in, will group messaging with iphone users work?)

No group messaging, sorry. I couldn't get the 4.2 messaging to work. The one in the ROM is 4.1 MMS.

It does have the same message apk as v2, but v2 didn't have contact photos either. Only v1 had contact photos, but ff you want that one, I can get it to you.

Damn.....I literally just flashed the previous release and set up my whole device 3 hours ago.....how terrible would it be if I flash this over the old version without wiping....I'm no stranger to ROMs I've always had good success with not wiping when sticking with the same ROM. I was curious about this one though...

I always try first unless its major update if you start getting errors then you wipe.

You'll want to remove the messaging.apk from system/app before installing this. You can either install as regular app or push into system/app with permissions set to r-w-r-r.

For future reference, if you still have the v1 rom file somewhere, you can just take any apks out of system/app on the rom and move it into your new rom.

Haha crackflasher. I do use the backup/restore. I think the reason it took a while earlier is because I came from a different ROM before. I couldn't import the old launcher settings so I was messing around for a while. Yea it wouldn't be so bad I suppose :-)

I've had really good performance on this rom after I've installed "no frills cpu control". I only changed min clock freq to 486MHz and I/O scheduler to noop. Not sure if it's placebo effect, but it seems a tad snappier and battery life doesn't seem impacted at all.

Btw how can I get the default wallpaper back? I changed it and now can't find it.. I LOVE these wallpapers do u make em?
