What can you say about future possibility of russian language support in this ROM? Thanks.

Also, native browser doesn't work at all - "Unfortunately, browser has stopped". Anyone know why?

And one more thing - every time after reboot i see notification "Unfortunately, the process google.process.gapps has stopped."

These issues appeared after sign in to google account.

Yep. The last day of the school year is tomorrow so I will have lots of time to release a new version based on the KK update.

Awesome! I was running Nexesque when on JB, so it will be great to see this as a KK ROM.

You can run the Google dialer, but you need to side load and run a launcher that allows you to create activity shortcuts. There is a post on XDA.

JP1044 just letting you know that you have done a great job and to this day nothing I've flashed bests this Rom.

Take your time with the KitKat version, better closer to perfection like the JB one than for multiple updates within a small time frame.

Many thanks as always for your time and continued support.

Alright hey guys sorry I haven't been around in a while. I've finally gotten around to making the base for the KK version. It is almost ready.

Since I haven't been around, I figured it was only best to do open betas for the KK version, usually I do closed betas on a first come first serve basis. As a progress with development, I will post new beta versions and then finally end up at a final release.

But, theres a slight challenge for me. I am letting someone borrow my HD because their phone broke, so I'm gonna have to do a little "blind developing". I hope a few of you can flash builds on a regular basis so I can get fast feedback and we can keep it going. Hopefully my HD won't be gone long, but I don't know yet.

The first version will be out tomorrow and will be stock with most bloat removed. Thanks for hanging in there guys, I really appreciate it! :D

Ok so here's the first build. I was able to get the base down last night but was having problems flashing. I think I fixed the issues but I can't test anymore since I no longer have the HD.

To flash this build, I STRONGLY recommend using this recovery:

It works great.

MAKE A BACKUP BEFORE FLASHING THIS

In the event that when you flash the build, you get an error:

1. Go back to the home of TWRP

2. Tap Advanced

3. Tap "Copy Log to SD"

4. Boot back into your system and pull the log or use the command "adb pull /external_sd/recovery.log" on your computer in recovery

5. Upload that log to Pastebin, Dropbox etc.

6. Post it here

So, I flashed the TWRP in your post and tried to flash the update.  Pastebin can be found here:

edit: forgot to mention, i am on a XT926 with an unlocked bootloader and used Rashr to flash the recovery.  I created a nandroid backup and was able to restore using the TWRP recovery.

Awesome thats perfect thanks! I fixed that error and am building and uploading a new build now. Hopefully this is the last of the flashing errors so we can get to the good stuff!

So the first 2 beta builds (0.01 & 0.02) look to not flash. I've fixed quite a few errors so hopefully 0.03 will be better and actually flash. 0.03 will be dropping in about a half hour.

I am able to select a language for the setup wizard then stuck on the next screen that says "Please wait, this may take a few minutes." with the circle indicator spinning round and round.  There is no reception bars on the phone.  I can pull down the notification bar, but no options there.  Is there anything you want me to try?

Just curious, were you on stock 4.4.2 before flashing this?

Can't wait for this. Loved Nexesque on my JB XT926, so now it's going to be really great to see how this works with KK. I love KK on my phone - it's so much more stable than it was under JB and apps run so smooth under KK.

Thanks for all the hard work on this ROM.
