Also the next update will include some more major enhancements like delta OTA updates that are delivered straight to your phone. (eliminates the need for full ROM updates) and anything else you guys are looking for. I'm open to any suggestions.

Great release JP, Rom running full throttle as always. Just wanted to ask if the DeltaOTA would be automatically updated. For personal reasons I would like to update when ready and connected to a wifi connection and not via mobile data. Thanks as always for the improvement updates to Nexesque.

The updating system that I will most likely use won't install updates over mobile unless you explicitly allow it to. The updates should only be 5-30 mb so not huge.

Any suggestions as to which governor and i/o scheduler combo works best for battery life on 3.7? Just looking for the best tweak possible.
Thanks.

I wish I could answer this but to be honest I've been looking for the answer to this ever since I started using governors. This is a pretty good post that explains each governor:

Using stock base ROMs I have been running them with msm-dcvs as my gov and row as my scheduler. Been getting the best battery stats I have had on any device.
pegasusq works good also.

Any are PIE controls done away with on this rom?

I'm on Nexesque 3.2 with PIE controls, and I'm wanting to update to the latest version and I saw it has the kernel included. I know what kernels are but I'm not familiar with flashing them. So if I were to update, would I just wipe, flash then restart like usual or are there any other extra steps?

PIE controls aren't in the latest Nexesque as far as I know...but yes updating would be as simple as wipe, flash and restart. You might need to mount system if the flash fails the first time.

Going straight from 3.5 to 3.7 should work without an issue

Dirty flash worked no problem. Had to mount system. Wow this is much faster!!!! Very smoooooooooooth! Where are the governor...I don't see NoFrills CPU....where does it live?
