adanmtz, are you going to add kitkat launcher and apps to nexesque?

Hopefully, but I can't get the launcher working at the moment. It apparently only works on some 4.1 ROMs, but maybe they'll release it to the play store. The 4.4 camera works, but it interacts weird with the nav bar.

Ive had nothing but problems trying to mod this rom to work on my xt925. Has anybody made something like this for xt925? or can you create a xt925 version?

Keep it pure if it means sacrificing performance or stability... Right now this ROM is the best thing to happen to this device.

Thanks Legend, but I tried that and it doesn not work nearly as good as a proper ROM made for the xt925. Plus even what I have had success, every reboot, I had to toggle the GLOBAL/GSM network option.

Does anyone else have problems with Group Texting? I can send to a bunch of people, but when they respond they come from individuals. I want them to be combined in the same thread. I had it working for the Rage ROM?

 

Is there an app or something I can add? Unfortunately, this is extremely important to me.

Hangouts with text messaging started rolling out in the play store today.

Also, oddly on this ROM when I restart it still plays the RAGE image before its plays your "X" boot video. Any way for me to remove the rage logo?

The boot logo is flashed thru fastboot (on locked devices) and either included in a ROM zip or flashed separately (on unlocked devices) ..... you can find many other logos here

Some others have had this problem: try installing from external SD if you have one. Don't forget to mount system before flashing.

Has anyone tried the new hangouts? I can't seem to get it from the play store.

New hangouts works flawlessly with this ROM. Been using it for about a week now. Switched over to make it my primary app for SMS.

Is there anyone I can install the old Motorola camera? The new Moto X one does not have the ability to switch audio scenes while recording videos, and the Concert Mode option was quite impressive.

I've done it by copying the moto cam apk and the moto gallery apk into the system folder. I pulled those the moto blur rom that I think it's floating around but I'm sure from stock would be just as good.
