This rom is the definition of exceptional!  Thank you SO much for the great work you did on this. 

 

Like many others, thanks to only 1 GB of memory and a locked bootloader, I thought I was doomed to another 13 months with a painfully slow phone.  Installed Safestrap and tried several of the most highly recommended roms and found them to be no faster than the stock rom with all the bloatware frozen.  Then I installed Nexesque and found an entirely different experience.  The available free memory with this rom is consistently about 100 MB - 150 MB greater than the stock rom and the other custom roms I tried.  With that extra memory the performance of my phone has been transformed! It is considerably smoother and faster. Then there's the look of this rom...I LOVE it!

@adamjmtz, could you please upload to another host, i currently have slow internet as it is and dev-host just doubles the slowness. Sorry for being a pain in the arse. My razr hd xt926 is having problems like freezing up, shutting down, blackscreen and no powering up. I blame myself for these problems as i use my razr 24/7 nonstop and i have not reinstalled your ROM like in forever I am sure that a re-installation of your ROM would fix the problems I'm having. My razr eventually comes back to life after a 15 minute kool down. I just love e this phone, it's hard to put it down!!!! I plan on buying another one. Thanks for a great ROM!! If you can't re-upload it somewhere else, I'll just have to wait for it to download from dev-host even if it takes me 2 hours, it's well worth it

v3.1 (4/28/2013) I have not updated since then, I have been having those problems for the last three days. If it is my razr hd burning out, i have no problems purchasing another one, especially the way i use and abuse it. You know what, these problems have been happening since i installed a 32gb SD card... Hmmm, do you think that's what the problems are about?

Hmm, I'm thinking you should flash the latest release and hope your problems do not come back. If they do return, it sounds more like a hardware issue.

Actually i downloaded the latest release three times and all of them are corrupt so i found out by accident that I made three backups of the ROM when i first installed it using TWRP. Then i wiped everything, installed one of the backups, wiped cache, rebooted and wow!! Everything is back to normal, no freeze ups, no blackscreens, 8 hours strong.
Is there a reason why the latest release is corrupt? I downloaded it at three different WI-FI locations, all ended up being corrupt according to TWRP

I'm running the latest release. No issues or hiccups on the downloaded file. Try using your computer for getting the file. Delete the file that's corrupted and try again.

Finally worked!!! I was flashing from internal storage when TWRP kept saying FAILED, moved the ROM to external SD and it finally flashed... Yesssss.!

Those are mostly 4.2 and 4.3 features that are out of my league to implement on a 4.1 ROM. Mms won't send from the cm10.1 app. I can likely fix the ciphering warning, though.

I have few propositions how to make this ROM even more great.
1. Update Messaging app from the latest CM10.1 ('mark as read' button added in notification bar) -

2. Add built-in toggles if possible (similar to CM10.1). Messaging app doesn't show buttons (reply, call...) in notification bar when power toggles are activated with highest priority. Also built-in toggles allow to get to setting with long-press.
3. Remove "ciphering" warning on 2G GSM networks -
