I'm looking forward to seeing how this new update comes out. I like the rom and am glad to have you developing for this phone!

This is how I currently have my home screen set up:

OP has been updated with the latest version of the rom! Let me know how it's working...

(I'll update the title of the thread when I figure that out, lol.)

Agreed this and stock coming in second are the two most stable , fastest ROMs for the HD! I'd like soft keys that I can change the colors when I get tired of them. Any idea on how to do that?

Read the instructions above and/or watch the video. Make sure to install safestrap (v3.12 for razr hd) on your stock rom. I can provide a changelog later, but the changes I made are mostly cosmetic.

I got the 5 soft key mod from

. I haven't tried any others but this one doesn't break anything. Then I went & got

and finally stopped over to

for plenty of colors and styles. Just use ZipThemer to create a flashable zip & flash away.

The 1% battery will probably be my next project. I have the maxx tho, so I find myself caring about battery less and less, Haha.

I would gladly give up a little of that battery for a little less LAG.

The HD definitely has some turbo lag... the power is there, but it just takes a second to get there. Moto's cameras are also on their last leg. No amount of processing power can speed that camera up, lol

I also have a note it runs circles around the Maxx except for the radios but thats about it. Was the Maxx any better on ICS?

Ok, so I just found the coolest thing... While in nova launcher settings, long press the volume-down button to enable "labs settings" (I don't know if this is paid version only). Once you've done that, go in there and select "any size widget in dock." Go to dock settings and set # of dock screens to 2 and enable infinite scrolling. Now set up your power toggles widget, then drag and drop it into the 2nd dock screen you've created. Now, with a swipe to the left or right, you've got power toggles in the dock! I find this to be more convenient than the notification dropdown.

That's a cool idea, I didn't think of putting something like that in a second dock screen.
