I'm sorry, but I don't see the link in the first post where it normally is and where it says "download link". There is no clickable link there and I am on a laptop. What am I missing?

No data, multiple apps fc, navigation buttons don't do anything. Two attempts following the instructions with same results. Not a complaint just sharing my results. :-)
I did factory reset. I wiped and installed the rom again. Setup went well but the phone would not wake up after first time screen off.
So, I just downloaded and did a fresh install. So far everything is working for me. I'm on TWRP 2.5.
Some things to try:
1. Download from a computer if you're downloading from your phone. I've had problems flashing roms after downloading from unstable connections.
2. Make sure you're following instructions: Factory reset, then mount system, flash rom, wipe cache, reboot.
3. I'll make a download mirror, so you can try that if you like. (It'll be on Dropbox, so maybe the download will be better)
Thanks for reporting back!

I knew I forgot to do something!
Just push this to system/app and set permissions to r-w-r-r
I'll include it in a later update.

I redownloaded the ROM and installed per instructions. I ran fine with no failure to wake from screen lock until I set a pattern lock under security settings. Had to force into recovery, wipe everything, then reinstall...again. Running ROM now with a pin lock set under security settings instead of a pattern and all is well at the moment. I believe it is somehow failing to render the pattern lock page when the physical lock button is pressed and that is causing the black screen of death as it is called.

I'll look at this when I get home from work today.
