I flashed the kernel from here. Just make sure you get the right one. Wipe cache and dalvik cache before you flash the file.

Cool, I'll give this a shot.  It'd be great if this fixes my weekly slowdowns.  If it doesn't, I'll tend to agree with you that SmartActions is the culprit, as I use it.

 

I could probably live without, but it sure is nice to set up auto replies to texts when in vehicle mode, auto replies to calls & texts when I'm running (paired with bluetooth headset), and silent mode after 10 PM.

Battery life is really good. One of the best so far from what I've flashed.

can you explain what you have to change to get it to work? i have tried several tethering apps to no avail. i have a paid version of foxfi from my pre-root days and it doesnt work either. i tried going to rage 2.1 so i could still run overclocking on the blur roms but its alot slower than this rom on the custom kernal so im back. it seems like i cant get a single rom where everything works right lol. cant run 4.2.2 roms because my bluetooth tunes dont play to my car radio

I would uninstall it then dl and install it again, I've never had a problem with it but I always try a fresh install when apps get wonky.

Yeah I finally paid the 3 bucks for sq lite editor and now wifi tether is working just fine.

Not sure if anyone has had the same problem as me but I can't get the PIE controls or lmt launcher in general to work. I've been running the PIE version for about a month and a half, have had no problems at all, and then one morning lmt just stops working. Ive wiped and clean flashed several times, I've cleared the cache and data in lmt, I've made sure I had the service started in the app itself, I've made sure that I had lmt enabled under settings<accessibility, booted into twrp to fix the permissions, and even tried installing the lmt apk. Nothing.

Any help would be marvelous!!

You need to download new version the old one had an internal time out for some by the dev. Download new one you should be OK.
