i have also noticed that both Adamjmtz and and koftheworld both have razrMAXX and i have the white plain razr hd

First I just wanna say great ROM. I have a few questions about how I can make it better lol. I found a zip that makes the navigation buttons look reflected and it worked on the ROM but it took away the 1% battery mod which I love I was wondering how can I get both of these working together. Also I pay for the Verizon hotspot so I was wondering how to get it to work. I pushed the apk to the system but I when I try to connect to it it does nothing. Do I need the stock moto settings? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not 100% that this will work, so it may require a reflash of the ROM if it doesnt.

 

In your theme zip (not the nexesque rom zip):

1. go to the first file-path (drawable-xhdpi) and delete all the battery icons

2. go to the second filepath and delete that xml file.

3. Now flash that over the rom, and hopefully the 1% mod will remain.

Upload it somewhere for me... I'll take a look at it.

Ok, so I loved this ROM when using SafeStrap so a few days after I unlocked BL I decided to reload it. I was using TWRP and was running rooted 4.1.2 stock. I made a backup, made sure system was mounted, wiped all data and tried to flash ROM. An error came up (damn if I didn't read the whole thing) and the ROM didn't load. I tried again and the TWRP splash screen popped up and it rebooted. I tried again with same result. Then I tried to flash backup and same thing, TWRP splash but no flash. Then I just tried to reboot and a message stating my phone wasn't rooted and asking to load SuperSu popped up. I tried that and then phone got stuck in boot loop, never going past Motorola splash. After much cursing I got TWRP to reboot and got backup flashed and phone is fine. I know that's a lot of info, but anyone have any idea what that was all about? Scared me to death and I'm afraid to try again.....

EDIT: Trying it now.. will let you know how it goes... after all is said and done.

Any chance of making a flashable themed soft key mod. Specifically blue glow with reflection with the back, home, recent buttons. I've been told that the ones for the gnex work but either the links are dead or they won't flash

Gave it try the nav buttons are there but the battery is gone completely unless I charge the phone. Thanks for trying though I guess I can live without it it just looks nice lol

There are different icons, charging and discharging.  Plus the XML.  From my understanding you need to specify in an XML what you are looking for otherwise it will only look for certain ones.  Example 100%, 80% 75%, etc.  Some people dont use the charging icons and just base it off a somewhat stock look.  The best bet is to make sure that the XML is ok.  If you have it in plain text i can look at it.

Has anyone reported any issues with tethering?

I tether frequently and it reboots when I turn it on.
