Tried this,

EDIT: if I remember correctly there was a WiFi splash window during startup the first time I flashed but haven't seen it again. Why would it work for some people and not for others!? That's crazy!!!

also red downloaded ROM and tried reflashing.

I typically have my alarms tied to mp3 files on my external SD card. Since upgrading to v3.0 the SD card gets unmounted when an alarm goes off and ail the alarms get defaulted to system notification files. I have not seen the SD card unmount on it's own otherwise.

Try moving the files to internal storage.

So this just appeared. Anyone having this issue with the battery icon?

What was your battery level when that happened?

I did that before I posted, should fix the problem with the alarms. I just wanted to report what I was seeing.

Edit - I put the mp3 files I use for alarms in /data/media/Alarms but it still defaults to a standard alarm tone when they go off. Weird.

I have been running the rom for a few days and still haven't seen this. If the problem persists, try re-downloading the rom... sometimes things can go wonky if the download connection isn't perfect.

Some other issues other people have seen are wifi not turning on and mms delivery, but I haven't seen any of these problems at all (yet). They could be issues with people getting used to using twrp properly, or something else entirely... I'll just have to wait and see.

Just flashed this ROM, coming from Inflected ROM on HD with 4.1.1.  This ROM is great.  Great work adamjmtz and all that contributed.  Thanks.

WIFI Works with 2.5 but not 3.0

EDIT: So i installed 3.0 directly over 2.5 and i managed to replicate that "Select Wifi Screen" .. there is a menu button with no options, no networks or anything, a back button and the next button is inoperable.

EDIT: I Hit "Back" It asked me to sign into gmail, and now wifi doesn't work on 3.0.

I'm embarrassed to say that I don't know how to make my own flashable zips.  You can, however, copy and paste the battery icons from system/app/systemUI.apk/res/drawable-xhdpi (should be like 101 icons) and also copy and paste the .xml file from system/app/systemUI.apk/res/drawable/stat_sys_battery.xml

So correct me if I'm wrong but this is new territory for me.

If I wanted to change the battery icons ( from 1% to stock). I would just cut the 101 xhdpi icons with root explorer from directories listed above and paste the stock xhdpi icons to that same location? Am I missing anything here? Please include any minor details that I may mess up. Also where do I get the icons? Any help would be appreciated , this 1% battery mod is bad for my OCD lol.

look up 1% battery mods on google you should find a ton, you have to change systemui.apk to .zip and extract, then go res/xhdpi and you will find the current battery icons, go find the ones you want on google, copy and paste the new ones into your xhdpi replacing the current make sure you have the same amount of icons though dont want any problems or force closes.

hope that helps :)

Did you flash the 4.1.2 kernel? If you don't, you'll get wifi issues.

And you need the XML. If you don't have the right XML it will read the files weird

If you just want to change the battery back to stock, you need to replace both the icons and the xml file that I have listed. You can get both out of the stock deodexed/zipaligned 9.16.6 posted in the roms section.

If he does want to change the battery back to stock (not 1% mod), there are less battery image files, so if he doesn't change the xml file it will be looking for image files that aren't there.
