Hmm, I'm not sure why it's leaving the back button big for you, but I just made a version of the mod for 2.5, and it works for me. Here it is:

I just flashed Nexesque 2.5 after wiping cache/dalvik, rebooted, then rebooted again and flashed the new version of the mod, and all my navbar buttons are the same size as each other. It should work for you.

If you just want to go back to 2.4, then you can just reflash the ROM.

Yup thanks that worked

I really like this rom, I only wish that adamjantz would replace the smiley key in the text app to a return key because I actually use that quite often, other than that this is the fastest and most reliable rom I have used for this phone
Running v2.4 with vtwin's tweak V1.
Also battery life has been incredible, usually getting about a day on battery.
One more thing, should add the option to launch phone straight from the lock screen, just fill in the fourth slot on the bottom instead of having it be empty, I think that would be handy cause i used that alot before i rooted my phone.

Are you going to add the new stock updated stuff to this ROM?

When the new version is released, yes, I will work on getting it into the rom. It seems like there will be quite a few improvements, so someone will have to deodex and zipalign the new version, OR I'll figure out how to do it.

I just LOVE LOVE, LOVE this rom, it runs flawlessly for me, with better benchmarks than any of the others. I do NOT use the 24V mods, found they didn't add any benefit, in my particular case. No lag, perfectly smooth, very fast, and excellent battery life. I only have one wish, and don't know if it's possible - is it possible to restore the theme used in the stock Motorola phone app, with the gradient blue/turqoise theming? Thanks for your terrific work!

Something I noticed: links on the messaging app are blue so they're hard to see in front of the blue background for received texts. Maybe change link colors for the messaging app to address this? Thanks again.

get vtwin's stock deodexed/zipaligned .39a at the top of the roms section and copy and paste phone.apk and contacts.apk into system/app. Set permissions to r-w-r-r and make sure that the themed apks have been replaced (icons are different).

I was going to do this, but I can't remember why I didn't. I'll do this in a later update, I'm just waiting to see what's happening with the new verizon updates before I pull the trigger and start working on an updated rom version.

Does anyone know how to get the moto circles widget to work with the launcher in this rom? I have found a bunch of people that are installing the razr m's launcher and then using the circles widget but i want to put the widget on this launcher.

Great job on the rom, it is my daily driver. I have had no issues, I have been running it a couple of days. Was glad to get rid of the motorola bloat. I am glad you kept smart actions, I use it religiously. Keep up the good work!

Anyone having issues with SmartActions? When I go to select specific location it won't let me add my location. and I turned on my GPS and Wifi and nothing helped. Any ideas? I was trying to use llama but apparently it uses cell towers and I live too close to work and everyone else to make profiles and stuff on it. Thank you.

I noticed the same thing. Smart actions itself seems to work, but whatever part of it handles locations seems to be broken.
