DROID NEXESQUE FOR RAZR HD (Updated December 27, 2013)

Stock 4.1.2 (9.20.1) Base

So, I’ll be the first to admit that I’m not a real developer, but I have spent quite a bit of time reading the INTERNET. This is a stock-based RAZR HD ROM that I have themed and debloated to be as close to a stock nexus experience as possible (hence the 'nexesque' name). I basically like things to be clean, unintrusive, and stable.
 

DISCLAIMER: I built this rom for my own personal use and I’m posting it on here for you to try. Blah blah blah, if you brick your device it’s your own damn fault.

In the event that when you flash the build, you get an error:

1. Go back to the home of TWRP

2. Tap Advanced

3. Tap "Copy Log to SD"

4. Boot back into your system and pull the log or use the command "adb pull /external_sd/recovery.log" on your computer in recovery

5. Upload that log to Pastebin, Dropbox etc.

6. Post it here

Thanks for the .39 base! It already worked really smoothly, I just wanted to remove all the bloat and then have something to gradually modify as I went along.

Are you on your phone or computer, and at what point does it fail? I know it works from computer, but if people are having trouble downloading it on their phones from megaupload, then I can try and use a new host.

I'm using my phone, and it does not even start to download. When I click the link it goes to the page loads a cloud with a bar loading then goes to the home page and that's it. Not sure what's going on.

But 2 AM and almost out of bed? These old folks are gonna end up going full circle and turn into night owls if it stays like this.
