[The Persuader]

No need for the checksums now (though it might be a nice addition to the first post).  I decided to install it last night and I'm up and running.
 
I had the same issue as at least one other person reported.  It wouldn't get past the "please wait" screen on boot, even after nearly an hour of waiting.  I deleted SS slot2 and reinstall on slot3 and it worked like a charm.

I bet if you try to Flash back to Slot 2 it will work...I'm currently in slot 2 and its working Awesome. ...cleaning the Slots makes a difference in my opinion

I have never used slot 2 on my phone before and I tried wiping/deleting/recreating/installing twice, but this ROM still wouldn't install there.  It doesn't much matter to me which slot is used, as long as this awesome ROM is running!

Mine was the same way. I had just installed all of it and there was nothing in the slots but i got it to work in slot 3. I seen another rom say it wouldn't boot if it wasn't in slot 3 so i tried it on this one and it worked.... I love the rom and battery is killer i was on 1% for over 45 mins texting before it died lol

I'm pretty sure I had FJ in a couple of slots....over the last several months. Its not required for FJ to be in any slot....thats usually AOSP/AOKP/kexec based roms that are hard coded for slots.

I am running FJ latest version in slot 2 and it works fine.  Great ROM.

Does anybody know the 3 files for the launcher ? my wife is on a rooted razr but don't want a custom rom so i'm trying to get the circles clock and launcher on her phone...

Quick question--is there a way to change the color scheme for the quick setting icons?  The dark colors are too hard to quickly differentiate, so I end up using a third party app.

The new update will have mostly the stock theme put in place so toggles will be easier to see

This update is going really smooth so far guys. At this rate you can expect a release by monday at the very LATEST. Probably sooner. And then I'll be working on a theme and custom kernel for this
