Just installed this rom bc my previous ROM started acting up and everytime i would plug my charger into it it would go into hdmi mirror mode and the screen woiuld be in landscape...eventually it just was permantly in landscape.....well i wiped everything twice and installed this room and soon as it boots up its in landscape....help? what is going on?
try deleting the slot and remaking it then flash the rom...

So i wiped everything again and deleted everything out of rom slots and activated stock. It booted up and yet again its in landscape...for whatever reason it think that i have the hdmi plugged in and it just stays in landscape mode. I Tried cleaning and picking out the hdmi port thinking that maybe something was stuck in there making it think i had it plugged in. Doing that didnt help any. Any other ideas? Is there a way to turn off hdmi or maybe delete that function? I dont really use it so could go without it.

In the notification toggles turn off auto rotate and see if that works
Tried that nad didnt work. The HDMI icon is still in the notification bar and it thinks its in hdmi mode for whatever reason

Unless you have an app that you run on stock and the different slots that's causing it, I honestly think you have some kind of hardware issue since it is happening on everything including stock. The only other thing I can think of is for you to just start over fresh on stock and see if it persists. If so..you'll know it's not software

I think this issue was seen previously and it ended up being a HW issue if I recall. Try plugging an HDMI cable in and then removing to see if it will correct itself. Otherwise may be time for a replacement unit.

Ok, so i took a tiny flat head screwdriver and stuck down into the hdmi port and pushed it a little bit and the screen rotated back to regular. So, it seems it is a hardware issue. Is there anyway i can delete the hdmi app or setting or disable it so it doesnt keep rotating? Im almost due for an upgrade in like 5 months and i dont want to pay fora another razr if im upgrading in a few months

I got an error message a few times today that said something like "com.....icecreammaker" has stopped running. I was driving and could not write it down, and do not remember what was between the com and icecreammaker part.... It happened about 8 times, and then hasn't happened since. Any clue?

Although i do like the whole concept of these Roms, i really really wish i could use this rom but with it still looking like the default stock rom? Like.. i dont really like the ninja stars and stuff all over the place. is there a way to use this rom with the default GUI with all the extra goodies? (Battery life display, common control panel on swipe down, ect ect)
I saw the "Blue" theme for this but its not my taste :3
Im going through and trying to find a rom that suits me :3

The Roms listed here are they the only ones available? I tried a few on this forum but was wondering where I can find more for the razr maxx.

They have 2 Aviators ROMs...one for XT912 and one for XT926...
Aviators XT912 is your ROM...
I am currently flashing between 2 ROMs right now...One is FlyingJelly the other is CM 10.1 XT912...Both Awesome ROMs...
Aviator is Also an Awesome ROM...

I did use it.. and i liked it. I just didnt like the whole artwork stuff that came with it. its nothing against the rom, just personal taste. I wanted something that looked more stock without the whole motobloat stuff. Anywho's i did install the Aviator rom and its just what im looking for. Stock rom style without the crapware. I like these roms and i appreciate all the hard work. No offence to any of the developers.
I was only asking if it was possible to have a version that was stock GUI. thats all. I found your post quite offensive actually. You judged me thinking i never gave the rom a whirl. Hypocritical if you ask me. but its w/e.
EDIT: Must admit, the boot anim for this rom is the best of all the ones i have tried so far
