Having an issue with "Fetching Attachment" using Gmail. It sits at 0% forever and half the time never progresses to download the attachment. Not sure if ROM or setting related. Anyone else experience this. Tried with both Wifi on and off = same problem.

Gmail is working for me for Fetching Attachments, yes I've had minor issues nothing serious tho...However, I would try using OfficeSuite 7 App...Never had an Issue since using this App..

I can't get the utility to work right, is there something I am missing? It doesn't have to be in Fasboot mode, right?

Nope. You don't need to be in fastboot. Just make sure that you downloaded the 2.0 utility and then ran the 2.1.1 upgrade on top of that and are on the 2.1.1 ROM Update.

Thanks sir, I did not have 2.0 installed first, just had 2.1.1...that coulda been the problem.............

I have been waiting all night and nothing. Any advice as to what I am dong wrong. Do I need to install the original version first before this update?

I would try to delete slot and reinstall....no you should be fine with 2.0 and then once installed can do the 2.1 patch

did you wipe everything (system, factory reset, cache and dalvik) before flashing? if you did this then try what cmh714 said and delete then recreate the rom slot...let us know how it goes

Yes I did wipe everything before flashing. I am unable to get to stock JB via SS, all I get is a verizon voice no data connection. When I am on the Flying Jelly Rom through SS I am able to access settings from the pull down. Here I can see what is on the phone. All the apps mentioned with FJ are there. About phone says FJ 2.1.1 for XT 912 Baseband version says unknown, Android version is 4.1.2 Kernal version is 3.0.8 gbacb1cj hudsoncm@il93Inxdroid80#1 SMP PREEMPTFriFeb1 20:59CST 2013. When I boot up the FJ boot logo comes up then the screen states text msg failed then goes to please wait this may take a few minutes...'...forever. I've tried factory reset as well. Whats puzzeling is I am unable to go back to factory JB and start all over through SS, guess I really messed this one up. Any advice appreciated.

Ok, I guess I'm an idiot. I ran the utility & installed a couple of the themes. Where do they go to flash or are they automatically flashing from the utility? My phone hasn't changed at all other than when I ran the status bar change.

Make sure you are on 2.1.1 of the rom AND have the 2.1.1 utility installed on your pc
