Red Baron Theme

(Current Theme Version 1.0.7)

Hi all,

Here is a red theme based on the legendary Red Baron.

I am not responsible for anything that may happen to your device (Nothing should happen...)





Custom Boot Animation


What apk's have been themed (some more than others):

• Framework-res
• Browser
• Contacts
• Camera
• Email
• Gmail
• MMS
• Phone
• SystemUI

Differences to stock rom:

• Custom boot animation.
• Status Bar icons: Red.
• Dialer font.
• Lockscreen Clock Font.
• Dock and Lockscreen Icons.
• Default Wallpaper – Can be changed to any wallpaper.
• MANY different icons.

Installation:

(This is assuming you are already on Aviator ROM:

• DOWNLOAD:

• Download and install onto SD Card.
• Reboot into Recovery Mode SafeStrap (I have only tested using SafeStrap v3.xx, but it should also work with 2.11).
• If you want to be safe: Wipe Cache, Wipe Dalvik Cache (In “Wipe”).
• Choose “Install.”
• Locate “Red Baron” file.
• Swipe to Confirm Flash.
• After installation, Reboot, and enjoy!

Remove theme and return to stock Aviator theme:

Not sure if its theme or rom but play store keeps fccing. Gonna try wiping playstore data first, then cache and dalvik and worst case re flash rom. Ill report back later

Were you able to fix the problem? It wont be the theme since I didn't theme the play store. But let me know if you still have the same issue. My next advice would be to delete the ROM slot then create it again and flash

Updated OP for Aviator 1.0.8. Please download again even though it says 1.0.1. (The old file will not work as the setting.apk was changed)

I had completely wiped cache, dalvik, system, factory reset (in ss 3.11) and re installed (all of this on slot 1) re flashed rom and still had same issue and noticed g mail did the same thing. I'm currently downloading the updated rom. If problem persists ill delete my rom slot 1 and try again

Deleting the ROM slot and re installing ROM fixed it. I wonder if this was due to me having a cm10 ROM on slot one prior to this ROM. I noticed too that when I would set up ROM it never had me sign into gmail. After deleting ROM slot and re flashing ROM it had me sign into gmail during set up and now everything works

Glad you got it fixed. I don't think it has anything to do with CM10, I've read others having this issue with other ROMs too so I think it's just on of those bugs that pop up from time to time. I did update the ROM OP instructions so now if anyone has the same issues it is addressed

It's long been my CB handle, and am truly digging this theme!!! Anyway to get the battery percentage and no toggles? I prefer the customization of Power Toggles.

Sometimes the wallpaper doesn't get set automatically. It has something to do with Google remembering your wallpaper. You need to download the wallpaper from the wallpaper link in the OP.
