173 is for cdma. This won't work with GSM RAZR that you have.

Looks like you have the gsm razr. This update / rom is for US verizon CDMA Droid razr. I dont think it would be compatible and i recommend against installing it on GSM. But maybe, DT or someone else with more knowledge might be able to give a better insight.

Actually ... Since it is a BLUR system and "MOST" of the files would be named the same, it should work. Any files not in the system will be skipped over by the script, plus the MODs are made for system.

They only thing that would have yo be removed is the build.prop. If you want to drop me the prop from the EU I can mod it and make a package for it. :)

Oopsy, my bad. I didn't think they played nice together. I need to leave it to the Mr Miyagi's of the RAZR before I reply :)

Thanks for the link! Looks pretty straight forward, I'll give it a try once the ICS version is released and let you know how it goes :-)

Not sure where in my upgrade path from Abysm 1.1 to .748 to .173, but if I have a corrupt Google Calendar, is there a way to grab/fix this without data reset?

So I was coming from the Clutch Conversion Extrem to the Clutch Conversion ICS and it seems that nothig changed?

Before you ask, yes I wiped Cache and Dalvik cache.

Is there something I missed?

Make sure you flashed the right one. :) It has ICS in the name. Not really possible since the modded apks will be forced in.

I don't think so, but I could be wrong. .748 and .173 are two different things. .173 Roms will not work if you are on .748. Since you are on Abysum, you installed a custom recovery, either bootstrap or safestrap, which put you off the upgrade path to .173. In order for you to get the new update you will need to use the razr utility tool to reflash stock .748 system. Anyone feel free to correct me if I said anything incorrect

safestrap or bootstap, makes no difference for install, yes? Just wipe cache and Dalvik for both, yes?

This goes nowhere near the calendar. If your were on a Stock 173 then you will have no issues.

Can't say for sure... Safe Strap has issues with init.d. So, I would recommend BootStrap.

Quick question - Infex and Abysm both said they would "sip" battery, yet I'm getting FAR better battery life with stock than I was with either of them (even before I updated to the 6.12.173) - so does this "Go Faster" script actually improve battery life, or is that more rhetoric?

Call me stupid if I missed it, but what are the differences between normal and extreme? Also, do smart actions work with these?
