One fine day my above tablet screen totally froze. Any no of boots , reboots led to the same screen freeze. Then I took the plunge and tried to hard reset through keys and the result was that os booted up to welcome screen with choice for language with a green robot with handup. Same frozen screen. Did a hard reset with cleaning of cache through recovery had the same effect. As I could boot to recovery I went for fast boot and flashed it with 7.7.1 with rsdlite but without any improvements. I could not get ADB to list the device as USB debugging could not be enabled due to frozen screen . I am ready to try any suggestions that would revert the tablet to working state. Since it is xoom2me boot loader cannot be unlocked and hence rooting and recovery is not possible.
Any and all help will be appreciated.

With a device that can't be unlocked and now doesn't respond to the computer, about the only choice is to have it factory repaired.
