I would guess this is the Xmas leak kernel .08 and you are probably on the OTA .16 Kernel. There is a Utility kicking around that can change your kernel if you want to still load this up.

Finally got this to boot up right...  Set it all up only to find that my gps quit functioning right...  Anyone else have that issue?

soocold, I believe that this hasnt been updated so it is or at least was a .8 kernel rom for the xmas leak
