No after the ROM boots up physically remove then reinsert sdcard and it will mount.

you're welcome, I'm am aspiring dev myself, but til I get something better than a netbook and can install Ubuntu, I can do little more than change fonts and add scripts and such, few people realize or understand how much work is actually involved in Rom development
