Hi all,
That's my sister's XT926. I gave it her after I bought Droid Maxx.
The device was Unlocked and Rooted with custom CWM TWRP installed by me.
Yesterday, my sister asked to do factory reset on her XT926... and I did... via CWM TWRP 2.8.0.0
Seems I choose wrong option and deleted OS itself. No backup... nothing.
Could you please, advice me How can I get it back to life? (With root capabilities of course).

Try downloading the .15 version of KK from
Setup and use House of Moto 4.3 to flash

There is no root for this build. Repeat, no root. It is not rootable. This does mean that root is not available.

Thank you for your reply.
Is there any other way to solve the problem but preserve the capability to root the device?
Additional info: TWRP 2.8.0.0 Installed and working. and I used "Advanced wipe" with all options ticked
Result:
After restart it's stuck on Moto logo

You are unlocked. You don't need an exploit to regain root. All you have to do is have HOM install twrp when you flash or flash twrp with fastboot twrp will offer to root the phone for you after first successful run. then install the 2.4.6 version of Supersu from the playstore and your good to go. Since your bootloader is unlocked you will not be with out root. Just make sure you bootloader status is unlocked status code 3.

Well, yesterday I finished flashing very late and didn't check for custom recovery...
Today, I see that No custom recovery installed.
This is a screenshot I made yesterday
"Custom recovery not found"
I followed instructions and have put TWRP-2.8.6.0-xt926.img into folder named RECOVERY under HouseOfMoto.
What else I needed to do?
I downloaded the recovery file from this link
Any advice?
