Weird. CM update keeps pushing me the 212. I have been using the 301.

If you select gapps with the newest update it sends you 212

I had to also reflash the gapps for the reason that I had no contacts nor could I get into the play store so I reflashed the gapps and everything is running smoothly.

That's normal. You always have to flash Gapps when you flash a system update. They get flashed as system apps and when you update your ROM its the system that gets flashed. So.....

Not true. If you dirty flash a nightly over another version, your Google apps will remain. The install script does not wipe your system partition entirely, it just overwrites the existing system files of the same name and adds anything new that has been added to the latest nightly. For instance, I have flashed a clear play store from @teamblackoutapp and it is a system file. When I flash the latest nightly of cm10.1, I still have my clear play store intact after reboot.

frnds if u have any solution for this kindly solve it for cm ROMs data is not working with gsm sim we r from india flashed this ROM only calls going no data works even I'm using the correct APN ... but for stock based ROMs data working ...if anyone knows how this happen then kindly help us

Check your Network Mode Settings if your International try Global see if that works

Back out you should be "Good Under The Hood"

Then it says that I have lost data because I am roamming, when I shouldn't be roaming at all.

Those settings will only appear once you activate the navbar. Then you can assign shortcut targets

Yeah, I got that, but the settings have changed. There used to be a lot more customization, might've been on an older version of cm though. Oh well.
