followed instructions and boot logo follows up but upon where Setup Wizard is so suppose to take place, I get a notification stating "Setup Wizard has stopped" and google apps process has stopped.

That was the whole page and just tried with stock launcher and with apex going to try uninstalling apex

I don't see PIE either on mine. I get the same thing you get.

You have to enable expanded desktop in settings>system

To disable your hard keys. You can do this:
go to the /system/ usr/ keylayout/ cy8c201xx.kl
Comment the lines by adding a '#'
#key 158 BACK WAKE_DROPPED VIRTUAL
#key 139 MENU WAKE_DROPPED VIRTUAL
#key 217 SEARCH WAKE_DROPPED VIRTUAL
#key 102 HOME WAKE VIRTUAL
Took your suggestion from another ROM thread and used AdjBrightness app to turn off the lights.

As much as it pained me, last night I switched back to stock. Between the data speed issues wifi and 4g being so slow that watching a movie on netflix causing it to skip, and the random freezes, from the stock browser, gmail and system, I am going to wait until this rom gets updated.
