You could explore some of the optional kernels out there that allow tweaking of CPU values....

Would they be user Friendly with Our Built-In CPU already in place?

 

Or,

Would I experience conflicts with other Kernels with our built in kernel running our System?  Current Kernel is working Awesome...

 

However, I like jacking the Min settings to 600 MHz...everything is Crisper at least that been my experience...

Jrickman, I'm on the 5/6 nightly. I stream Netflix while I'm at the gym with my hotspot on. My wife is connected to my hotspot on her Galaxy Tab 2 also streaming Netflix. This is for over an hour. I've had no problems. The phone gets warm but it has never gotten hot like you describe. We have been doing this with no problems for awhile now. Just letting you know.

Appreciate the response, and maybe it's software? phone itself? I just see enough people on here (and other forums) that are mentioning the same thing?  Mine does get hot to the point where I shut it off and try to cool it asap, my 13 year old says it burns her not to the point of leaving a 1st degree but hot? everything else works fine including the gps, possible different runs at the factory using diff components? I don't know but I'll continue to use it as I love the rom (been using it since it's inception on various phones) just not streaming on the razr, glad it's working for you, and again appreciate the polite civil response.hope your day is great.

Updated RC2 over RC1 this morning.  Everything is working fine except for SMS/MMS messages.  Everytime I receive a text the messaging app forcecloses.  Does this on both handcent and stock app. I think I've narrowed it down to the notifications because when I try to change the notification tone it force closes.

What I did to fix my MMS problems was to back up the APN settings from the stock side using an APN tool from the marketplace and then restoring those settings under cmod using the same tool and that fixed it for me.

Maps works even though it sometimes shows me in the wrong location by about 2 streets. But the directions do work. What doesn't work is the Navigation it just says searching for GPS.

I had this issue. I tried the AOKP 4.2.2 AViator ROM, This one and the Razr M port. All of them would work on Maps but not turn by turn navigation. Even stock failed for navigation. I downloaded this app called GPS status . Tools -> Manage A-GPS state -> Reset. Again , Tools -> Manage A-GPS state -> Download assistance. Reboot. It didn't work inside my building. But the moment I stepped in to my car , it started working. Hope this helpful for the folks out there with this issue.

When I changed over from Build #10 to RC2 it was working fine...Yes, did my Wipes too...Then I cleaned out some Old Apps Rebooted then Bluetooth Stopped working...

 

Thats when I know if everything is working fine and all my wipes worked...After I flash an Update works then on a Reboot I will lose Wifi or Bluetooth...I know #10 works but I am staying on RC2 for now...

RC1 is working fine so is #10...

RC2 is Awesome...just Bluetooth is not working for me...I lost it on a Reboot... its not a big deal...

For me the Bluetooth issue only seems to occur after a reboot. The first one or two boots will be fine then usually a third boot will kill it and won't come back. Had the same prob with aviator aokp

I went from #10 wiped both caches and fixed permissions.
