First time putting a CM rom on my RAZR... Flashed 4.18 last night and so far so good. Was able to restore my TiBu backups and set up everything else. Battery life is not bad (phone runs a little hot - but probably because I'm playing with it a lot). I'll give it a few more days. Overall very fast and smooth and I'm loving me some 4.2.2.

 

Any kernel suggestions? And is it better to use another governor other than hotplug?

Try reflashing the 4/15 build overtop of your existing one without wiping anything. It fixed my texting issue, so it's worth a try for your issue as well.

Tried this, but still having issues.  Any other ideas about headphone jack not working? (sound keeps playing through speaker)

When i woke up today had a new notification update for 4/19.

Okay, I need someone to try to recreate a bug for me. I think it's a known bug that was attempted to fix this build. With my storage set to internal under advanced options in settings, and camera storage set to sd card, when I swipe to the left for the gallery, it isn't showing photos. I want to know if I need to do a full wipe and reinstall. Thanks

I had the same issue on 4-18 on a full wipe and install.  Was getting ready to flash 4-19 here in a bit and hope it got fixed.

When you have "use external sd card" checked in settings>advanced it saves to sd card-ext the data that your apps think is going to internal storage. So your camera settings should be set to "internal storage" and they will actually be saved to sd card-ext .

And this is the way you should want to have it set up to keep your internal storage clean for rom slots

Sorry if this has been answered, but is the built-in Mobile Hotspot working or is Android WiFi Tether working now? I could get neither to work when I tried the nightly from 4/1.

I was on the 4/18 since it was released, two full battery drain cycles later, and the battery life has been awful. I averaged 11 hours of battery life.

 

Im not sure if thats normal or if I am experiencing some battery issues, since my phone is still jumping from 85% to 100% fully charged, even after the two drain cycles, and resetting battery stats.

Just flashed the 4/20 nightly, it broke MMS for me, and going back to 4/18 didnt fix it. Ugh!
