I had the same issue with 4/2 but I did a full wipe and reinstalled and now no problems. I went from 3/30 to 4/2 and I tried just wiping caches and that gave me the problem. Data wipe fixed it for me
This is a fresh install, after all full wipe, and I'm on the ota...

Is there a way to remove widgets from the lockscreen? I really hate how they look and only want the lockscreen to serve its purpose alone, nothing more.

If I understand what you are asking; If you go to settings under "lockscreen", under slider shortcuts you can remove all options but unlock.Does anyone else notice much worse cell reception on CM than stock? Maybe it's just how the notification icon looks, but it's always around 1 - 2 bars where it used to be 3-4 at all times. LTE seems slower as well.

I couldn't completely get rid of the widget, but if you long press the widget and drag it to the trash can, I used uccw app. to create a "new" background and dragged the value bar to 0 to make the background completely transparent and saved it that way. Then the "widget" that is on the lockscreen is not seen. Is that what you were talking about?Does anyone else notice much worse cell reception on CM than stock? One step I forgot, in order to be able to long press the widget, you have to go into settings, lockscreen, then check maximize widgets. Once you finish your set up of your lockscreen, you can uncheck maximize widgets to lock it back.I couldn't completely get rid of the widget, but if you long press the widget and drag it to the trash can, I used uccw app. to create a "new" background and dragged the value bar to 0 to make the background completely transparent and saved it that way. This happens about 4 out of 5 times: cm10.1 will boot without Bluetooth support. Attempting to enable by moving the UI slider will immediately return the slider to the off position, trying to set it from different places (like toggle bar, etc) doesn't work either. Note that in the 1 out of 5 times when bluetooth is enabled everything works fine (haven't tried disabling and re-enabling when that happens).
I've attached output of 'adb logcat' below when I try to enable bluetooth.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!!

Is anyone else experiencing this? I have everything turned off aside from WiFi and data. It's also very saddening as this ROM runs super smooth, but the fact it's battery life is so freaking horrible, it is no longer considered a "driver" by standard. I'll have to switch to stock until something is fixed.

I am getting some of the worst battery life I have ever seen on a phone... I unplugged my phone after a full charge before I went to sleep (2am ish) and woke up (10 am) to find my phone at 41% battery life....... I watched YouTube for about 1 minute and my phone dropped almost 15% within that time frame.

There's something wrong with your install or device specifically. I had almost 3 hours of screen on time yesterday with my maxx. 8am to midnight ;-)
