This might be a stupid question so forgive me. Do gapps need to be reflashed as well each time I update to the latest nightly if I am only wiping cache/Dalvik? I know they need to be flashed during a fresh install, but not positive about the nightlies.

I believe if you are dirty flashing over the top, then no, you shouldnt need to reflash gapps every time....only for a clean flash would you need gapps again

Thanks for the response, I am going to give it a try.

This is what I've done as well every time up to this point. I'm going to see what happens if I don't flash them with the 3/29 Nightly.

Dirty flashed the 3/29 nightly w/out Gapps, so far so good. Only been a short time, but no ill effects so far.

Anyone having issues with the Bluetooth not coming on at all in the 3/29 nightly?

I don't have my headset right now to fully test it, but I turned it on & got an immediate response from the system...

My bluetooth wouldn't come on so I went to Manage Apps and under the All Apps found the Buetooth Share App and cleared the data and the bluetooth came right up.

Weird situation here ... running 3/27fixed ... was running fine ... now its stuck on emergency call .. wont go to my home screen ... probably for late payment .. so I make the payment ... to no avail ... rebooted, cleared cache and delvic (sp) cache ... still stuck with the emergency call dialer. reboot back into stock rom ... everything works fine there ... home screen and everything ... so I thought OK Verizon has kicked in ... reboot back to CM ... still the emergency screen thing ...

Nothing to do with Verizon, I bet if you do a full wipe (and flash the latest nightly while you're at it) everything will be fine.

Every time I reboot, I lose the ability to use MMS. I keep having to reboot, clear cache, then itll work. Any idea why this is happening? Or ideas on a permanent fix?

has anyone realized that the date in the notification window is the one from 4.1 not from 4.2 like on the Nexus 4. Is this a CM thing?

I'm having a weird battery issue with this ROM, maybe someone here can help me out. My phone will get stuck at a battery percentage and just not charge higher than that no matter what. Example: last night I came home, my battery was at 1%, I plugged it in and went to bed. Woke up a couple hours ago and it had only gotten to 9% and was really, really hot. It does this about half the time when I try to charge it. I rebooted into the stock ROM slot and was able to charge it without a problem.

It also will sometimes drain the battery extremely quickly and once again, get very very hot. Yesterday I woke up with the phone fully charged and unplugged it, and then about an hour later I picked it up to make a call and it was much hotter than it should have been and the battery was down to 17%. I'm on a brand new warranty replaced Razr Maxx so I don't think my device itself is the issue, I can't be the only one having this can I?

I know they say you aren't supposed to leave the phone plugged in overnight but I don't think that's the cause of the problem on a brand new device.

My phone gets hot anytime I run a kexec build. I noticed my phone said it was charged to 90% I didn't think this seemed correct. I turned my phone off plugged it into a charger and when the batt icon popped up bam 50% let it charge off and it seemed to charge OK. This ROM is still very much a work in progress but it is really fun to play with until dialed in perfect. Thanks for everyone's hard work to get where it is.
Why do I love jacking with my phone so much??

I am also having the same issue. I turned the phone off and plugged it up to charge over night. Before I went to bed...it was at 70%. The next day I check it and it was still at 70%. Unplugged it and turned it on. Noticed that the low battery message kept popping up. It showed I had 7% batt left. Turned it off and plugged it up to charge. Then I got infamous "empty batt symbol with question mark". I activated stock ROM and booted up. Was able to charge. BUT...I AM ALSO ON A WARRANTY REPLACED RAZR MAXX. Hmmmmmm...... I'm running the 3/30 build

That's weird, we're having legitimately the exact same issue... same 3/30 build. When did you get your replacement?

I've had my replacement about 2 weeks.
