I did everything right but when I try to flash gapps, it fails every time. You flash it the same as CM11, right? Now I don't have any of my gapps to include the play store. Any other places to get gapps for kk? I also can't find my external sd card. Seriously? Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk

Yes, you flash it right over top of the ROM. It sounds like you have a bad download of the gapps.

Yea, I think you're right. I downloaded a different one but now I can't get the SD card to mount to flash it again. This sux!

I think I figured out the gapps issue. When I connected it to my Mac, the gapps I had was only 8 KB. How that happened? I don't know. But I'm downloading it again right now.

Now I just need to figure out why the SD card won't mount?!?!

The best thing you can do is use MD5 hashing to verify your download is exactly the same as the original file on the website. Most of these ROM/gapps websites provide MD5 hashes so you can do exactly that. I use a small hashing program on my PC to do this, I would find one for your MAC as well. When you see an tiny download like that it usually means the download failed...probably server issues.

You've got something (probably an app) eating your battery. Two apps that are great at finding out are Android Tuner (to find out what's running and what cpu percent it's grabbing ) and Gsam battery stats (shows which apps use the most battery.) Both are free.

I deleted Gsam...
That was one that monitored Battery usage and was one of the culprits for Battery Life... Guess they want you to delete everything else and keep Gsam

Large Majority of the time whats Draining your Battery Life are Apps...
You just need to find out which one it is the culprit...

Well it happened again...my sdcard0 is unmounted and inaccessible. Anyone else have this problem on CM 10.2? Guess I'll have to give CM 11 a shot...

Goto the Original Post or (OP)...Its their but create a New Slot...after its completed... Wipe both Caches, Wipe Factory, Wipe System...
* Flash ROM
* Flash Gapp...for 10.1
Reboot
