I'm on CM11 1/30 nightly, does anyone on CM11 have their Wi-Fi or phone signal status icons turn blue? Just curious if there's no more blue to indicate we're connected to the Google servers. Mine are always the white showing I have a signal, but no blue. Just a little devoid of color IMHO, I would enjoy any updates for colors as well as color to the battery icon, it's just white as well.

Neither one. You need to use the gapps that are for 4.4. I think they are labeled kk.

Ummm........

I haven't upgraded to kitkat yet and if not CM11 20140206 (which i believe is the latest update), then what? And would, whatever you're suggesting, work with the RAZR version I'm running?

What's wrong with the Chat Room?

CM 11 is Kit Kat. That's why you will need the kit Kat gapps. You will flash that right after you flash CM 11.

Ok. I understand. But since I HAVE NOT upgraded to kk, can I still flash CM11 and the gapps that goes along with it? I'm still on JB 4.1.2

I don't mean to be a bother. Just trying to air on the side of caution....

Is this the one?

Are you referring to your stock OS?  If so there is no OTA KitKat update for the phone.  This is a Kexec ROM so it can boot its own live kernel over the JB one.  I have linked the Gapps you need to use.  Good Luck and Enjoy.

Thanks. I think I get it now. I can keep JB 4.1.2 on my rooted RAZR and flash CM11 and gapps for kk, correct?

The download doesn't seem to work from my RAZR. I'll have to check it out when I get home tonight.

I can't download them directly to my phone either so I always download to my PC then transfer it to my phone.

I did everything right but when I try to flash gapps, it fails every time. You flash it the same as CM11, right? Now I don't have any of my gapps to include the play store. Any other places to get gapps for kk? I also can't find my external sd card. Seriously? Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
