That's a completely different developer and a completely different software product - SafeStrap. This thread is about CyanogenMod 10.1 and 10.2. It is still under development for the RAZR, though the dev who started this post seems to be MIA (Missing In Action).

The the same guy. He did Safestrap as well as maintaining cm ROMs

Where is it stated that the RAZR is no longer supported? Nightly builds are still coming out from get.cm, linked in the OP, the latest on 11/15.H

Here's a quote from the article that was linked to.

It is with a bit of sadness, that in November, I’m ending my custom ROM support on the Motorola OMAP devices listed below:

Droid 3
Droid Bionic
Droid RAZR
Droid 4

And yes, Hashcode is the CM maintainer for the Razr.  So........

Yup that's the same guy. There were two developers one is Hashcode and the other one is dhacker. I think both of them have moved on to develop for the newer Motorola devices like Moto X. Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk

So I guess we'll never see HDMI/dock functionality on 4.2+ ROMS...

Can someone refresh my memory to the MMS fix?  Looks like the last two revisions broke MMS for me as well.

Make a new APN it these settings :

Name:
APN: 1
Proxy: null
Port:
Username: null
Password: null
Server: null
MMSC:

MMS Proxy:
MMS Port:
MCC: 310
MNC: 012
Authentication type:
APN Type: mms
APN Protocol: IPv4
APN Roaming Protocol: IPv4
APN Enabled
Bearer: Unspecified

It works for me, but I've stayed on an older cm (pre4.3) because I was having more issues. But give that a try.

Has anyone been able to successfully boot the JBX kernel on today's nightly?  Also, what is the last build people were able to get 3G on? Edit: Forgot to mention I flashed the rom & kernel both with SS 3.65.  It worked on the previous nightly I tried but doesn't seem to be working now.

Double edit: Ok it booted, but DAMN it took forever. I was about to give up! Going to test now, will report any issues. Sorry for any confusion.

Still having the bt issue but found earlier in this thread that we could go into stock and backup our Apn settings with Apn Backup and Restore. Seem to get a better signal.  Also, does anyone have luck with the custom_backup_list.txt file in the /etc folder?  I thought it would save any system apps you put in there (Rom Manager, The new Google Launcher, etc) but they all disappear upon flash.

Finally - with support dwindling for our devices, does that mean we are just out of luck when it comes to some of the little bugs that are left with these nightlies?  Will the nightlies just end?

But he (dhacker) did say that he won't do any support. So hopefully there is a developer who will continue this Rom though....

Not sure because I'm adopted but I'm always taking applications. If they don't feel out the income section, next....

I'll definitely try it just for the sake of curiosity.
