Just Decked CM 6 on my Phone...

CM 5 & 6 are Super fast Downloading the Updates...Not sure Why...Awesome Tho...

 

Now, lets see what happens cranking this Sucker...Mostly tomorrow...

Leave Stock Alone...

Its just what its for Hard Stock (not Rooted) or Stock Rooted for (Customizing)...

CM 10.2 should go into a Slot on SS 3.11 with Our Current ROMs available...SS 3.60 will be just for CM for now...Dev's need to Modify to Flash on 3.60...Thats my understanding...

Right now I'm on ss3.53. Should I got back to 3.11? I just downloaded 3.60 to upgrade today..

CM 10.2 is my only ROM, and it's on the stock slot. I did away with the stock ROM. It's of no use to me. Haven't had an issue.

If you want to Flash Other ROMs I would stay on Safestrap 3.11...This seems to be the Base The Dev's Based their ROMs off for Flashing and Our Devs are Specific for them to work...

 

If you go to SS 3.60 and if something has changed recently...(Not Aware Tho)..You'll only be able to Flash CM CyanoGen Updates Only...

 

SS 3.11 is your Universal Safestrap for Flashing...

Thanks for all the help Persuader! Lately all I've been using is cm (60+ hour work weeks have cut into all my phone time a bit), but since it looks like aokp is starting to roll out some 4.3 stuff I might downgrade back to 3.11 to give aokp a try again

But I'm deployed and so I live on WiFi. I use the magicjack app to make phone calls, and Kik messenger for texting. Once I go home, assuming texting and phone work, I'll stick to CM ROMs.

I've softbricked the phone (XT912) messing with it, but nothing I couldn't fix.

Decided to install 10.2 Oct 4 nightly coming from 10.1 rc2. Seems a bit snappier. No issues so far in 3 days. Maybe a bit better battery life as well.

Not sure if it is just me, But the last few nightlies seems to run super fast for like 3 hours or so for me, then just bog down completely like something is eating up all the ram. Anyone else experiencing this?

Yea I used the utility (DROID RAZR utility - I think that's too the name) to restore stock when I soft bricked. Figured that would serve as my backup plan. . That and a full system backup on my computer.

upgrading to oct 4 nightly from 10.1.3 RC3... do i just dirty flash 10.2 over 10.1.3 and then dirty flash the new GAPPS?

 

Basically wipe cache/dalvik only then install new zip?  I really don't want to do a clean wipe.

You should be able to if you back on Safestrap 3.11

Did everything we discussed but still get failed when I flash.

Man, most of the moto blur ROMs are safestrap 3.11 and 3.60 compatible and have been. (not 3.53). I know Aviator, BloodRage are (as soon as I update it tonight) and I believe Blurry is too. I can't speak as to other source roms, but CM certainly isn't the only ROM that works. I just thought I'd share that info.

Is there a legit fix for MMS. I
Mine has been stuck on "sending" the last few updates. Can't send any pics or videos!!!!!
