Anyone have problems booting this with the new JB OTA?

Kernel has changed- none of them will work yet.

Does any special setup need to go into it if I'm on the JB kernel?

Try a different governor / io combination? Are you using cpu sleeper app?

TO OP AND ROM DEVELOPER:

Stop posting this is in every single thread about a ROM.

please stop posting that everywhere, as it's not entirely correct.

In other news actually associated with this ROM, I found out that this version has working CyanogenMod updates that pick up the OFFICIAL Spyder builds.

However, Be aware that those nightlies are either A)ICS kernel or B) not working yet with hashcode's current version, especially since the SD Card can't be found for it to install from after the reboot.

Either way, just a heads up so no one else needs to find out the hard way.

I havent been posting it anymore. A buddy of mine suggested I simply go around and post it in all the JB ROM threads individually as we were struggling to find any other way to get the word out, so he took my phone and simply copy-pasted, copy-pasted, and copy-pasted lol.

Basically about half way through the "spreading of the word", an administrator suggested creating our own topic in the "Hacks" section. Besides that happened quite a while ago. Didnt realize one post caused so many issues in a thread...

At the time niether of us was aware that the "Hacks" section allowed newer Droidrzr.com members to create a new topic.

Here is my new topic, Finally, by the way:

Also, I have recently begun trying JellyWiz as well as TripleCore and a couple other ROMs. So far, my method hasn't failed. I don't quite even know how my custom OverClocking profile is working on every single ROM I am trying, but it is.

Strictly speaking, if you read OP disclaimer, I am a Windows Computer nerd and am completely new to android, so if my method isnt perfect, I apologize. But so far, for me, it has been flawless.

CPU Benchmark confirms my OverClock, every single time, on Screen On or Reboot or whatever I do rather than what was happening before and having my Min/Max reset on every Screen Off/On to the stock 300/1200. This was also proven with CPU Benchmark, whom after Screen-Off, would benchmark the CPU at 1200MHz rather than the desired OC value.

One week isn't really "a while ago". And one post doesn't cause issues. It was seeing a half-page write-up on every single thread. Nice that you have a "buddy" to blame..... oh well water under the bridge now. glad it was remedied.

I thought that was only for GSM, Hmmmmmm how would I go about installing BMM over SS? Very interested to try it out seeing as the post on XDA says no bugs!
