I installed a new custom lollipop 5.1. rom on my droid Xt912 everything is working well except problem with sending of SMS and dialing of codes like *556# and others.
Please do anyone have any solution to this???

I honestly don't know if anyone here is still using this phone. I know I am, and there is still an active community for it (and the Mokee ROM) at XDA Developers forum... Try heading there, and someone will help you!
