Look at this thread. You would need to find the firmware for your location.

Read and follow the instructions for House of Moto 4.3. Failure to follow the instructions will result in a failed flash or worse, a bricked phone. Read through the thread and the instructions a couple times before starting.

I was able to download and extract it with no errors from:
I used winzip to extract it and downloaded it with version 42.01 firefox.
It won't email due to file type and size.
what was you using when you got the error extracting it?

I would download the newest two. The two on the bottom and would flash the oldest of the two first if you don't know what version you were on before. That way you can always flash up because if you have a locked bootloader there is no way you can flash down a version. The very bottom version there is kitkat 4.4.2 but I am not sure of the build number. The difference being some of the firmware is rootable and some isn't. The latest kitkat on the 926 which the build number ends in .15 is not permantly rootable where the .10 version is. So a good rule of thumb is start with the oldest version that will complete the flash and not give you a gpt validitation error which is a sign that you are flashing an older firmware that what was installed on the phone.

ok sir elite,
thank you a lot for your help
am so gratefull to all your efforts.
i will try it and update you in my next mail.
also i do not know the older firmware i was on, i bought the phone from somebody in
the market where i travelled to and went home with it,
it was working well until the third day that i was updating the apps on the
phone using wi-fi and i had a low battery, then it went off,
that is all and the problem started with my phone.
best regards.

If you can't get it to flash there isn't a much that can be done with it. We have been seeing a lot of hardware failures due to the age of that model It is coming up on 4 years old. I have two of the 926's that I do testing on but I have newer phones that I use for daily use. Try leaving the phone plugged in to an ac wall charger over night and see if the battery will charge at all and if it does try flashing again. But I would not invest any money to fix it. I would put it towards a new phone.

My Droid Max HD died Saturday. I was able to "factory flash" with the Droid Razor HD utility 1.21, (had to remember some DOS commands) but it did flash, but when rebooted got the Android Icon laying on his back with the door open and a red triangle. I assume I am screwed.
Upgraded to Turbo 2 so far so good. Thankfully i had data on the SD card and didnt lose my pictures and files, also at one time I had backed up my contacts to verizon cloud. Apps were (for the most part) on "Play Store"
