I managed to install the program works perfectly but I have a question?
you have shortcut "My file" in the phone?
(shortcut where it shows the internal memory / external memory)
the external memory where you can get to make different operations
(ex. where you see rom that you want to flash it)
This is from my phone(first 4)
I mean to this(last one)

are you asking if the My Files is included in the ROM? in which case, no it is not included, i have included Root Browser Lite as the file manager. .. but i, and as most others, use Root Explorer as it is the best on the market to use as a root user. But if you want that app, its very simple. If you have another deodexed ROM on your phone in a ROM slot, boot it up, then copy and paste the MyFiles.apk or whatever it is (found in system/app) onto your sdcard-ext. then boot back into BW, and move the apk into the system folder, set permissions to (rw-r--r--), and then finish by moving it into system/app... open app drawer and it should be in there. **if you dont have another deodexed ROM in one of your ROM slots or on backup, just download the stock deodex base from either kebob or iownslow, open the zip, move the apk onto your desktop, then move it onto your sdcard of your phone, and do what i just explained above~ hope this helps. ..

yes, but im not going to make any mods, or White Widow until i get the ROM complete. and remember, do not ask for an ETA! i will release it when she is good to go, and the Mods to go along with it to follow shortly after! can count on that! for now just help the people with the known installation method that seems to be working, and i will keep working on build after build until i get this to work fully and properly. and get the damn calendar to sync, which i honestly can not belive how many problems ive been having with this, now compared to when i was working on the HD ROMs i released for the XT926... lol, Super bowl sunday though, only another like 5 hours away

that's why I said stock deodex.. not stock. stock is odex which will not work.

i was actually thinking about this lastnight. .. and will end up resulting back to this if i cant get setup fixed, but i have a feeling i will get it going.. mixing this reboot option $#!+ in is proving to be a PITA though. and my car mysteriously out of no where broke down on me last night, so i have a few other things in my line of priority, but all in all, ill keep you guys posted as usual..

Best way i have found to install this is clear everythign except the sd card install it fix permissions boot it up and repeat just dont install it again. booted on the first try of that the 3 times i tried it.



Also diging through the rom files one other thing

/system/etc/init.d/adbd
/system/etc/init.d/adbdinsecured

they are the same script one with a comment telling chainfire to open source

anther work around to the mms force close is after attaching a pic in a normal message is just view it in gallery then send it. this worked sending it to myself

Use a 3rd party program atm...Either GoSms or handcent.

Can anyone tell me how to remove the "themed" apps so I can update them through the play store? The ROM is GREAT! and I love the blacked theme, but it has some quirks...like I can't see any of my shared calendars in the calendar app, and it won't let me download the Google Calendar app. it says: Error Incompatible with other applications(s) using the same shared user ID. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
