phone is stuck on redeye boot screen, attempting to flash through rsd lite v5.6.4, getting "Failed flashing process. Unknown fastboot command. (getvar).  I don't see any getvar lines in the xml.  I read something about removing these.  I am not experienced in doing this, first timer.  File I attempted to run was VRZ_XT907_9.8.1Q-94-1_CFC.xml also tried VZW_XT907_4.1.2-9.8.1Q-66_1FF.xml.

 

Any hope to get my phone running again?

The lines are there if it is hanging on them.  Also 6.24 is the latest RSD lite. Note the line number in the error and look at that position in the xml file.
