i'm trying to update the software on my xt912 (it's horribly horribly slow even after multiple factory resets) my windows 10 machine can see it, but won't install the proper drivers so i can can use abd and RSD lite

 

i've also tried to put zip files on the sd card and do the update that way, with no success

any advice please?
