I can't in lock my RAZR maxx HD on 183.46.10 I've used kingo root and motopockalypse to try and unlock its grants bit I reboot and try again like it said... Then went to ap fastboot and it still said locked code 0

do a search for towelroot and try to root with that. As I have said before rooting with kingroot or hydrogen peroxide and trying to unlock the bootloader will eventually get you a brick. It don't work!
