Hello, so i have the problem about flashing stock rom. i tried to flash many stock roms but with no success. i also tried to flash newest rom for my phone but it stoppes and gives me system.img usb error. i also tried to flash rom which i had pastly but it cant flash some files (tz.mbn and boot.img. P.S This is last picture saved from my device. P.P.S i also tried to flash 9.8.1Q-94 rom but still with no success.

tz error indicates security violation.  The tz partition  has been upgraded at some point and is considering the flash as an attempt to downgrade.  Is your phones bootloader unlocked? USB error falls into the normal troubleshooting steps.  USB 2.0 port directly from the computer not a hub. Use a motorola cable that came with the phone not a 3rd party cable. Make sure you have the proper usb drivers from motorola not a universal usb driver. Flash the correct fxz file, The screenshot shows jellybean.  The latest file would be 4,4,2.183.46.15. That version is not unlockable if your not already unlocked so you should try to flash 4.4.2.183.46.10 first. if you get a fail to flash error there you will end up going to the .15 version.

no my phones bootloader isnot unlocked. i dont have original motorola cable, i can not find normal download link for 4.4.2 183.46.10, but on the forums it shows me that 4.4.2 18.46.10 is for xt907 and my phone is xt926

I already tried KDA20.62-10.1 and 15 too but i cant flash it. on 15 it goes perfectly before system.img flashing stoppes here and says usb error should i try to flash with original motorola cable?

You should always flash with the Moto Cable.  The other thing, are you using the proper platform tools?

Hi, can you please help me i got the same problem with my xt926. I can't flash it, it shows me failed when process to flash gpt.bin 

i'm using rsd lite . the phone stucks on moto M logo and i can't even enter recovery mode but got access to fastboot mode. i can't charge it cause when i put it on charge the M logo still want move but my battery is full.

What does the fastboot mode screen show exactly. Also the exact error RSD is giving you

there is no change on the screen, but a flash of the written: usb connected. I was sleeping the day it gets stuck on the M logo, it was turned off and charged 100 per cent then i turned it on and turned the data connexion on too. after about 2hours (i did't touch it since i turned the data on) when i took it, it keeps on showing that apps are stopped (all apps even phone's) and then realised that even the sim card is missed (removed it self), i decided to reboot the phone by turning it off (normal turn off) but when i turned it on it stucks on the M logo. i can't get access to the recovery mode cause when the M logo vanish after entering recovery mode nothing is shown. even when i put it charge it stuck on the M can't show me the battery meter.

P.S: i used to flash it(because it was stuck on the electric cercle) using the same computer, the same usb cable.

The one suggestion would be to setup House Of Moto 4.3 from here:

Follow the instructions exactly to set it up. Make sure you have the proper FXZ file and since you are unlocked I would flash the last version .15.

If it fails to flash the latest version and gives you the gpt error I am guessing that the memory module is gone bad.  If it is just a corrupt partition using HOM should straighten it out it uses fastboot commands to flash with.  There have been a lot of times it will work where RSD wouldn't.

when i tried with rsd i got the gpt error. but i'm going to try with moto house i will report back the result

I am afraid it is time to replace the phone. Fixing yours wouldn't be cost effective.
