Im hoping one of you guys can lend a hand regarding this..

I gave my Razr M to my brother in law bac in December of 14. (I still love that phone btw lol)

He gave it to me today with an issue. It seems that Verizon tried to upgrade to blur?

I have been away from this type of stuff for a little while ...

Presently on 4.4.2

Build # KDA20.62.10.1

Build date May 2 2014

Screen shots will follow.

Phone is unlocked, rooted and has TWRP

I keep getting an unauthorized sim notification but I have had that since ive been living out of the US with no issue using GSM and local sim card

After I reboot it 5 or six times the cycle of trying to upgrade stops but after a few hours it returns.

The error messages below and Im not understanding it.

Any assistance or advice is greatly appreciated

You can't sideload an update with TWRP. If you have a good backup from before the update I would reinstall that and block the update. (1st choice would be)Since your unlocked flash the newest fxz for the phone reinstall the updated TWRP and re root the phone. There are instructions in the 907 thread for the last option.
