I accidentaly, change my motorola xt907 (july 2014 kernel) network radio band to USA, since then i never get network, i have did everything like flashing,reseting,pls help

I install mobile uncle app on my rooted motorola razr m xt907 (july 2014 kernel)inside the app i accidentaly, change network radio band to USA, since then i never get network, i have did everything like flashing,reseting unroot,pls help
