I have a Droid Maxx Dev, unlocked bootloader. It took some doing but I was able to get the verizopn update 24.13.2 on the phone. Went back to install TWRP and it was installed sucsessfully, or was it? When I boot into recovery I get the droid guy on his back and it says "no command". I have tried everything I can think of but still the same. No custom recoverey no root, big problem. Can anyone help?

I assume you are using fastboot to do this.

Can you also share the commands that you used?

I will be flashing TWRP this week.

You have to be bootloader unlocked to flash a custom recovery. If you are bootloader unlocked TWRP will give you the option to root as it after it installs. Also note that after flashing TWRP you must unhook and reboot directly back into recovery. If you let it boot normally the stock recovery will over write TWRP and it will appear that the flash didn't work. You will have to flash it again and make sure it doesn't boot the system (normal boot.).

Any new firmware for security update 24.7.3obake maxx and working fastboot to stock ways? Rsd lite wont connect to phone when I go to flash stock firmwareCFCrkeys.zip. Can you flash CFC.releasekeys.zip from platform tools cmd on android studio if you put CFC files in platform tools folder and fastfboot flash each thing? Someway to flash xt1080 droid maxx so its able to root? Nothings worked so far. Any Recovery's(imgs) that work? Best way to fsstboot would be nice! I have firmware zip ready to flash. Thanks again
