Im on rooted stock ICS .211 with everything unfrozen and smart actions updated. If I just download the OTA JB leak, throw it on my sdcard, flash that leak through motorolas own recovery, then run Dan's root .bat file (with all the settings correctly) after the leak has been installed would I be ok? I feel like I might be missing a step?

Hey guys I'm not completely unfamiliar to rooting, ROM usage, and the like but I have a quick question.

That should work

I suppose you *could* do that, but it seems silly. You are already rooted on .211- just follow the steps to install the "leaked" update, making sure you don't skip anything.
If (per the instructions) your make sure your SU binaries are updated, and you use VooDoo to unroot and re-root TWICE, you should be able to retain root through the upgrade process, and just restore it using VooDoo after the update.
If you do it right, there should be no need to re-root afterward.

I donated $100.. willing to donate more for one for my Razr Maxx HD.. I hope he keeps 'em coming!
Maybe I'm missing something, but I already rooted the Razr Maxx HD. If you're running ICS, you can use my Motofail2Go exploit:
If you've upgraded to Jelly Bean, I believe you should be able to use RSDLite to downgrade to ICS, use Motofail2Go to root, protect root using something like RootKeeper, and then reapply the upgrade. The process is described here:
