mine keeps freezing at the cleanup phase.  followed the steps exactly as written in the program.  Deleted and restarted smartactions to the get started step and chose the battery saver like it says.  tried twice and still freezing at cleanup.  I have no idea what is going on.  It puts SU on my phone but not safestrap or anything else.  Does not seem to be rooted but cannot check to find out.  Should I manually install the safestrap.apk or should I try something else with the root utility?

This utility just roots the phone, it doesnt install anything else like Safestrap. You can use a tool that requires root, or you can get Root Checker to determine if you have root.

Easiest way is to reflash using Matts JB utility OR get his Unroot Application from Play store for 99cents I think

Do you believe everything you read on the internet?!?!?! Never used any of Matts utilities that had an unroot option, thats not to say they never did though.

Use one of the methods I previously stated.

Just sayin' , if you want to be sure they don't suspect rooting, if you FXZ, there won't be any superuser left behinds and any apps that require root won't be there - they would have no way of knowing since their silly root counter doesn't work.

Not many ppl want to unroot. And again if you want that pay Matt 99 cents for his app. It works on our devices

Yes Option 1 says it does a wipe.....again dont you read?!?!?
